While most large law firms claim to offer these benefits‚ numerous interviews with TW associates have shown that candidates are highly aware of the authenticity of such claims. Several associates stated that they left other large law firms to join Taylor Wessing because they valued the work atmosphere and opportunities there.
The microsite www.taylorwessing-karriere.com offers a personal perspective‚ featuring portraits and interviews with four associates and two partners who share their experiences and give readers a glimpse of their everyday work at Taylor Wessing as well as their individual interests‚ history‚ and career paths.
Further features of the microsite include a dynamically updated overview of current job opportunities‚ an online application‚ profiles of all five Taylow Wessing offices including image galleries‚ information about the company culture and an event calendar. In order to avoid unnecessary licence fees‚ the microsite – as with the website itself – was implemented with the free open source content management system TYPO3.
